The IT era has accelerated the dissemination of information. Bad news travels especially fast so organisations have to recognise how quickly their treatment of employees will spread. The change in communication media challenges employers to establish the right perception of their organisations among potential recruits, says Piyamitn Rangsitienchai, chief executive at the local recruitment company Prompt Professional Resources & Services.
