World's best practice employer branding comes to Russia for the first time!

The 2011 International Employer Branding Summit will be Russia’s largest employer branding conference and the first time a major conference has been designed and developed to bring employer branding world’s best practice to Russia.

The Summit is being hosted by HeadHunter and Employer Brand International.

International speakers from global companies including IBM, Adidas and Fortune 20 company, UnitedHealth Group will be joined by Brett Minchington, Chairman/CEO of Employer Brand International and leading companies in Russia such as Ford, DHL and Baltika Brewing Company to share, discuss, debate and interact on world’s  best practice employer branding.

The Summit will not only raise awareness of employer branding amongst the HR and marketing community in Russia, but will provide  insights into global best practice tools, technologies, systems and processes being used by the world's leading companies to leverage their employer brand to attract, engage and retain the best talent.

The focus of the 2011 Summit is on a high level of interaction amongst speakers and delegates with practical application of employer branding theory using real life case studies.
