Primarily, your focus will be to
-Support and deliver the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing program across the region
-Communicate the Employer Brand (internal and external), brand values and the employment proposition regionally
-Ensure diagnostics, design, delivery and measurement is in place to ensure improved employee retention and engagement
-Support the development of the employer brand strategy at group level
-Provide Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing Management focus for internal business clients
Requirements:
-Marketing degree
-5+ years experience in a marketing position (with ideally some internal marketing experience and/or talent acquisition campaigns/activities)
-Experience in dealing with / managing agency relationships
-Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Experience in a financial services organisation
