Citizens Bank are seeking to recruit an employer brand marketing consultant
Responsibilities
-
Supporting delivery in region of the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing program (including the delivery of Recruitment Marketing Plans for each Business Segment) in Region.
-
Implementation of diagnostics, design, delivery, and measurement is in place to enable improved employee retention and engagement, as well as supporting the development of the employer brand strategy at a group level.

Defines, implements and delivers annual marketing programs (and manages demand plan variations in year) in Region.

Responsible for ensuring appropriate volumes of candidate leads are generated for all demand plans across assigned US business staircase

Acts to reduce the client contact points into 3rd party marketing suppliers and through inflow efficiency to reduce the reliance on 3rd party recruiting consultants

Basic Budget Management Skill

Presentation, influencing and negotiation skills

Experience of managing professional service suppliers

Good working knowledge of RBS NA and functions
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
