Citizens Bank are seeking to recruit an employer brand marketing consultant

Responsibilities

  • Supporting delivery in region of the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing program (including the delivery of Recruitment Marketing Plans for each Business Segment) in Region.
  • Implementation of diagnostics, design, delivery, and measurement is in place to enable improved employee retention and engagement, as well as supporting the development of the employer brand strategy at a group level.
  • Defines, implements and delivers annual marketing programs (and manages demand plan variations in year) in Region.
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate volumes of candidate leads are generated for all demand plans across assigned US business staircase
  • Acts to reduce the client contact points into 3rd party marketing suppliers and through inflow efficiency to reduce the reliance on 3rd party recruiting consultants

  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Brand/ Recruitment Marketing Experience
  • Planning Skills
  • Basic Budget Management Skill
  • Presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience of managing professional service suppliers
  • Good working knowledge of RBS NA and functions


Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
