Plan, implement, and manage various social media platforms, such as: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and blogging sites Implement and manage an eMarketing program promoting TMX Finance's employment opportunities. Take direction from the VP of Talent Acquisition to set standards, monitor and review social media/eMarketing analytics Drastically enhance TMX Finance's web presence on various employment sites. Develop creative methods of increasing our social media following and driving prospective employees to our website. Work with Recruiting Management to ensure social media and eMarketing efforts are aligned with the overall marketing goals of the Recruiting Department, both Corporate Recruiting and Field Recruiting. Write creative and effective content for different social media platforms. Execute daily updates for all social media platforms. Identify new recruiting opportunities in the social media world. Work with the Marketing Department to ensure that collateral is created and received in a timely fashion.
Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field Three years experience working on retail-focused social media and eMarketing projects Mastery of Microsoft Office suite Strong ability for branding and identity creation Extensive knowledge and familiarity with the digital media space Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously Excellent writing skills Strong project management skills Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp different technologies and overcome technical issues Proven success managing relationships with external vendors Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment Extremely detailed oriented and superior communication skills Experience with website content management & Google analytics |
