Talent Acquisition
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Vestas Employer Brand Program Manager develops and executes our Regional Employer Branding plan.
Responsibilities
-
Partner with the Global Employer Branding Competence Center to design strategies for each recruiting channel

Establish a Regional event strategy
-
Develop and maintain relationships with key colleges and universities to support intern and graduate level programs
-
Develop specific strategies for Diversity, Military, and professional and industry associations to engage and attract talent
-
Design a Regional Employee Referral Program
-
Establish metrics and Key Performance Indicators
-
Support Global programs including the Graduate and Ambassador programs
-
Manage the Regional Employer Brand budget
-
Partner with and communicate with Recruiters to execute employer brand strategies
Qualifications
-
Experience building and successfully executing channel strategies in a recruiting environment or in Marketing
-
Understanding the drivers of the labor market

Recruiter experience

Budget management experience

Proven success interacting with all levels of the organization

Bachelor's degree
